Update your browser to stay safe online

If you're seeing this message, you may need to update your browser.

Without the most up-to-date version of your browser, you may be more vulnerable to cybersecurity threats, such as viruses and ransomware.

You also may have problems viewing our latest site features, as Telstra's website does not support outdated browsers. Find out more about staying safe online.

When you purchase products or services, the charges for them may appear as Third Party Purchases under the ‘Charges outside of your plan’ part of your bill.

The reason for this is that Telstra pays a third party provider for the product or service, then includes these charges on your bill.

If you have any concerns about any PDB charges on your account, please call us on 13 22 00.

This is what you will see in your Telstra Bill summary:

How do I find out more about a third party provider?

If the charge is for a Premium SMS, you can find out about the company that’s charging you by entering the 19 number from your bill, plus the date it was charged, into the 19 service finder.

Why can’t I see certain content?

If you can’t access and pay for third party content such as Google Play or the App Store, it may be because:

  • you have third party content barred from your service, or
  • you have reached your dollar cap.

To remove the barring or increase your dollar limit, contact us.

How do I block Premium SMS content?

You can bar access to Premium SMS content - like competitions, news and weather - for any mobile on your account here.
