It doesn’t matter whether you receive your Telstra bill via email, online, or as a paper copy, you can still choose to have it detailed, or summarised.
To change the format of your bill, log in to Telstra 24x7 My Account.
Click on the ‘Bill settings’ tab on the right-hand side of the screen:
Under the account you want to change, click on ‘Edit’ next to Bill type.
From here you can select the bill type for your account, then click save.
