Detailed Bills

Our detailed bill gives you an itemised account of all your recent activity over multiple pages. To learn more please try our detailed bill demo.

It doesn’t matter whether you receive your Telstra bill via email, online, or as a paper copy, you can still choose to have it detailed, or summarised.

To change the format of your bill, Sign in to Telstra 24x7 My Account

 

 

 

  • Click on the Settings tab on the top right-hand side of the screen
  • Select Bill Settings
  • Locate the account you want to change
  • Select Edit next to ‘Bill type’
  •  

     

     

     


     

    5. From here you can select the bill type for your account, then click Save.
