How do I view or print my bill in the Telstra 24x7 app?
View your current bill
Simply sign in to the app using your Telstra ID and select Bills.
View a previous bill
Once you’ve signed into the app, select Bills, scroll down for the month you wish to view and finally select Download PDF bill.
For Android users, select Bill History at the top of your app screen.
You can view up to 8 of your previous bills using the app.
Printing a bill
To print your bill simply tap on Download PDF bill and print from your device.
Looking for a particular payment
Payments you’ve made can take up to 48 hours to appear in the app.
Good to know: When downloading make sure you check the bill file size, as it may count towards your data allowance.
If you’ve accessed the bill on a mobile that you can’t print from, send the PDF to your preferred email address to print from there.
