To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the forgotten password page.
  2. Enter your username in the username field and your date of birth using the drop down fields:

  3. You will then be redirected to this page:


    You will receive the following email to your nominated email address:

  4. Click the ‘Reset Telstra password’ button, To protect your security, the link expires in 24 hours.
  5. You will then be redirected to this page:
  6. Enter your new password in the ‘New password’ field, then again in the ‘Re-enter password’ field. Make sure that your password complies with the requirements in the checkboxes beside the password fields.
  7. Click the ‘Change password’ button

You will be redirected to a page telling you that your password has been successfully changed.
