Why are there ‘third party purchases’ on my bill?
When you purchase products or services, the charges for them may appear as Third Party Purchases under the Charges outside of your plan part of your bill.
The reason for this is that Telstra pays a third party provider for the product or service, then includes these charges on your bill.
Third Party Purchases are not available for customers on a Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan.
