There are three ways to receive your Telstra bill:
- Online via My Telstra app, Telstra 24x7 My Account and Telstra 24x7 app
- Email bill
- Paper bill via post (alternative formats such as A3 or Braille available on request. Please contact us and say 'Braille' or 'A3')
If you have a subscription mobile plan such as the Telstra Mobile Starter Plan, you won’t receive a bill. Instead, you’ll receive a tax invoice after your direct debit payment is successful. You’ll receive a text message to let you know when your tax invoice is ready to view, download and print from the My Telstra app.
