Troubleshoot your services

  1. Tap the Get Help tab
  2. Select product you want to troubleshoot and Get help with an issue.

Check for outages

  1. Tap the Get Help tab
  2. Select Check for outages.

Stay on top of your bills and account. Now you can view, query and organise your payments and services wherever you are.

Pay your bill

  1. Tap the Payments tab
  2. Select the bill you want to pay.

Request a payment extension

  1. Tap the payments tab and select the bill you want to extend
  2. Select Request a payment extension and follow the prompts.
