Do I have to pay anything to get started?

No, pay nothing in your first month and get started right away.

What happens at the end of the first month free period?

When you signed up, you chose a subscription plan to continue on after your first month. We will change you over to your chosen subscription unless you cancel before your first month is up. If you cancel in that time, you pay nothing, but you won’t be able to access the websites that were created for you anymore.

How quickly will my website be built?

Once you have shared some information about your business on the Online Essentials dashboard, our team will start building your new and mobile-friendly website. This can take between 5 to 10 business days. You can then evaluate and review your website before putting it online.

Who registers and hosts my website domain?

If you don’t have a domain, we’ll manage the technical aspects for you. If you have an existing domain, we can also arrange to make all the changes you need on your behalf.

Do I have to sign up for a contract?

No, our subscription plans are month to month, so you can cancel anytime.

When can I add more pages?

You can add more pages once you’ve subscribed to a Telstra Online Essentials plan.

What happens when I cancel?

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the first month, we’ll delete the website, domain and email accounts. You can re-access them within the first 3 months of cancelling if you re-subscribe to a plan.

Can I use this product if I already have a website?

Yes, our team will look to use any relevant publicly available text and images to build your new website. However, note that we will use our templates and technology, so the look may be different from your old website.
