You can cancel your Telstra One Number subscription anytime via the watch app on your phone. Alternatively, call 13 2000 between 8am and 9pm AEST or visit your nearest Telstra store.
If you cancel your subscription part way through a month, you’ll only be charged up to the date of cancellation. Once cancelled, your device will no longer be able to access our mobile network.
