- Go to Your Telstra Tools
- Click on Services and Mobile / Mobile Broadband
- If you have access to the Mobile Data Usage Meter, a Mobile Phone / Mobile Broadband dashboard will appear. If you require access, refer to Your Profile section in Your Telstra Tool
- On the Mobile / Mobile Broadband dashboard select your Billing Account number
- Select a mobile number from the list on the left
- Click on update call/service barring setting
- Complete form and select submit
- Confirm details and select proceed
- A notification will be sent to your nominated email/mobile service.
- If you receive an email/SMS advising that the request was unable to be processed, please contact 24x7 Chat .
