What is the advantage of purchasing GoCanvas from Telstra?
Telstra can provide the full end to end solution including tablet devices and mobile broadband carriage. If subscribing to a fixed term Mobile Broadband contract, the customer may defer the usual upfront capital costs of any tablet device purchases and pay instead via monthly handset repayments over the life of their contract. Telstra has Australia’s largest mobile network. Our Telstra Apps Marketplace allows the customer to manage all of their business apps via a single portal and have all app, carriage and equipment charges appear on their Telstra bill. We can also provide the customer with optional Design & Implementation services from our network of experienced partners to help design the best apps solution to meet the customers’ requirements.
How do I access GoCanvas?
Just download the GoCanvas app onto your compatible tablet or mobile device or alternatively you can login via the website via a desktop computer.
What is a GoCanvas licence?
Each unique user within your business will require a GoCanvas licence which provides them with a login and full access permissions to use GoCanvas. When working out how many licences you will require, remember to include a licence for allocation to your business administrator.
How will I be charged for my GoCanvas licences?
You can either have the monthly charges billed directly to your Telstra account or you can elect to have them automatically debited from your credit card each month. Billing occurs on the first of every month, so you will be charged a prorata amount from the data you sign up to the 1st of the following month, on your first invoice. If you add or remove licences and this change results in you moving to a new pricing tier, you will be credited back a prorata amount for the monthly charges already paid and then you’ll be debited on a prorata basis for your licences at the new monthly charge.
