How do I update my Bank Account details?
Only a Billing Admin or a Company Admin can change a company’s billing method. To add/change/remove your company’s credit card details, follow the steps below.
1. Open the marketplace homepage Marketplace.Telstra.com.
- If you are logged into the marketplace, proceed to step 2.
- If you are not logged into the marketplace, please log in, then proceed to step 2.
2. From the navigation toolbar in the top right hand corner, click ‘Your Name, then select ‘My Account.’
3. A new toolbar will appear beneath the primary toolbar. Select the new ‘Billing’ toolbar option, then select ‘Billing Details’ from the left hand side navigation bar.
4. Scroll down till you see ‘Payment Options’ and select Telstra Account, then select Edit.
5. Enter in your Telstra account number, then click ‘Save.’ The Telstra Apps Marketplace team will validate that your account number is correct and follow up with you by sending you a confirmation email once we have linked your accounts.
