Get your brand new phone
Once you've agreed to pay the $149 fee, returned your existing handset in working order and signed up to a new 24-month mobile contract on an eligible plan, you'll have a brand new mobile to enjoy.
Now's the best time to get your new phone
If you already signed up for New Phone Feeling, you can redeem your offer 12 months after your plan's start date.
Just visit your nearest Telstra Business Centre to return your old handset in good working condition and choose your new mobile and plan.
Back up your data and files
Your upgrade will be easier if you prepare to save your old phone’s data before you get in touch with us. We recommend you save your contacts, messages, photos, videos and music to your computer, or you might like to use a cloud service, SD card or external hard drive.
Remove all device activation locks
Before returning your device please ensure you turn off Find My iPhone. The best way to do this is to erase all content and settings from your device. This will also remove the device from your iCloud account. On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

Redeem your offer
Visit a Telstra Business Centre to redeem your offer. You’ll need to leave your old phone with us when you get your new phone so it's important that you back up your data beforehand. We’ll assess its condition and look for damage, and the consultant will let you know the next steps.
Things you need to know
With Telstra New Phone and Tablet Feeling, you can take up a new device after the first 12 months of your contract (without having to pay the remaining payments on your existing contract). To take up your new phone, you must agree to pay the one off $149 Device Redemption Fee, return you device in good working order (including disabling any activation and device locking features), and purchase your new device on a new eligible 24 month device payment contract and eligible plan. New Phone and Tablet Feeling is automatically included as part of your eligible contract with Telstra. You are under no obligation to use New Phone and Tablet Feeling. The Device Redemption Fee will be billed on your next Telstra bill. We may charge you the remaining payments under your contract for your existing device if you do not comply with the eligibility criteria. If your device is deemed to be inoperable because it is locked, we may charge you a fee equivalent to the fair market value of the existing device as determined by us as well as any shipping costs.
