BizEssentials: Service not available in all areas. Excess data charges are $1/GB (charged per MB or part) and are capped at $300/mth. Unused allowances expire monthly. Included calls exclude some usage, such as calls to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx, 1300 and 13 numbers), and international calls.
Broadband: Unused data allowance expires monthly. A $59 activation fee will apply for new Telstra fixed broadband customers.
Peace Of Mind Commitment: No fixed broadband excess data charges for your first two bills for new DOT (Digital Office Technology)™ and Telstra BizEssentials® bundles contracts. Service not available in all areas.
Eligibility: Customers who sign up to DOT (Digital Office Technology)™ on the nbn™ network or BizEssentials® bundles on a 24 month plan before 27 March 2017 are eligible for this offer.
Installation: BizEssentials customers must self install or purchase professional install. Other bundles include standard installation.
Mobile Backup: Service automatically switches to Telstra Mobile Network (if available & device active). For back up use during an outage only.
Innovation apps credit offer: $15/mth Apps Marketplace credit for use on one business app subscription. To use any app on the go, you need a compatible device & access to a mobile, Wi-Fi or network service. Credit is for use towards one App subscription. You will no longer receive your credit if you change your subscription or cancel your plan or subscription Unused credit expires monthly.
Speed boost offer: Eligible customers will receive 3 months of the top nbn speed tier (up to 100/40 Mbps). We will contact you about keeping the upgraded speed (extra $15 per month), otherwise speed will drop to 25/5 Mbps speed tier.
Speeds: Actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including hardware and software configuration, source and type of content downloaded, the number of users and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by us.
Free on account calls: Free on account calls do not apply to video calls, international calls or international roaming calls. You can have a maximum of 500 fixed or mobile services on the same account as your Telstra BizEssentials Plan. You can purchase multiple Telstra BizEssentials Plans, however free on account calls do not apply between services on different Telstra BizEssentials Plans.
Fax: Although your service may support fax, EFTPOS, medical diallers and other non-standard dialler services and equipment, we cannot guarantee that these services and/or equipment will work or function faultlessly over your service. Please check with your equipment manufacturer/provider about compatibility with a Telstra voice service on the nbn™ network before you move across.
