Log in to the Telstra Business Connect app using the phone number of your core/office plan and password.
Your username and password can be found in your business bundle Configuration Summary email.
More about the Telstra Business Connect app
With the Telstra Business Connect app, you can make and take calls on your mobile or tablet, while the person on the other end of the line only gets to see your fixed line office number. In short, it gives you the flexibility to be in two places at once.
The App also allows you to complete call control management tasks such as setting up Call Forward, Simultaneous Ring and more. It is available at no extra cost to all customers.
To access the app, you must have an eligible service. Data charges apply in addition to standard call costs.
