Telstra Plus Bonus Points Offer (“Offer”) - Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and bonus points details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Offer you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. The Offer starts 2 April 2019 and ends at 11.59pm on 29 June 2019 ("Offer Period"). Offer is open to all customers who are eligible to join the Telstra Plus program.

3. To be eligible to receive bonus points, you must, during the Offer Period, successfully enrol in the Telstra Plus program. To enrol, you must visit telstra.com/plus, the Telstra 24x7® App or My Account and follow the steps to complete a successful enrolment.

4. Customers who successfully enrol in the Telstra Plus Program during the Offer Period will receive bonus points as follows:

        < 5 years continuous tenure with Telstra:

  • Member: 1,000pts
  • Silver: 1,000pts
  • Gold: 1,000pts

         > 5 Years continuous tenure with Telstra:

  • Member: 10,000pts
  • Silver: 10,000pts
  • Gold: 10,000pts

5. You are only eligible to receive one allocation of bonus points. There is no element of chance in determining the point recipients or the amount of bonus points received. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Customers who do not successfully enrol in Telstra Plus will not be eligible to receive bonus points.

6. Customers will be able to see their points in the Telstra 24x7® App or through My Account post 14 May 2019 (if enrolled prior to 13 May 2019) or up to 4 days from enrolment (if enrolled post 14 May 2019). By accepting the bonus points you agree to use them in accordance with the Telstra Plus terms and conditions.

7. We reserve the right, at any time, and in our sole discretion to (a) request participants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of valid entry (b) disqualify any participant who we have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct considered to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Offer.

8. Enrolments are accepted at the time of receipt by us. We will not be held liable for any enrolments not received for any reason during the Offer Period. If for any reason, we are not able to conduct the Offer as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, any technical difficulties or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available.

9. By participating in this Offer you agree that we may use the personal information we collect from you to conduct this Offer and in accordance with our Privacy Statement available at www.telstra.com.au
