Things you need to know

Joining Telstra Plus

You must be over 18 and have an eligible service on a Telstra business and/or consumer account to join. Excludes Telstra enterprise or corporate accounts.  Read the terms and conditions. 

 

Points are earned on payment of Telstra bill or pre-paid recharge (excl. refunds, credits & late payment fees). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed).

Only available to Telstra Plus customers. $12.50 standard, $15.50 3D and $16.50 Vmax tickets only available online for Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Village Cinemas and Moonlight Cinemas in Australia. $15.50 Vpremium tickets at selected Village Cinemas. Entertainment extras

Kayo 

New Kayo customers: Silver tier customers receive 1 month credit for Kayo Basic. Gold tier customers receive 3 months credit for Kayo Basic. Credit must be activated by 30 September 2020, unless otherwise extended. One offer redemption per Telstra Plus membership unless moving from Silver to Gold tier in a 12 month period. To sign up you need valid credit card details or you can add a Kayo subscription to your Telstra account.

Kayo is an auto-renewing service. Customers must cancel their Kayo Basic subscription before the end of their credit period to avoid on-going subscription charges. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kayo Sports offers.

Requires internet & compatible device. Data charges apply. Subscription required. Offer may only be redeemed (and Kayo Sports service may only be used) within Australia.  Not compatible with some third party billing platforms.

Existing Kayo customers: Existing Kayo customers will receive either a 1 or 3 month credit towards their existing Kayo subscription depending on their Telstra Plus tier and must activate the credit by 30 September 2020, unless otherwise extended. One offer redemption per Telstra Plus membership unless moving from Silver to Gold tier in a 12 month period. Credit will apply from next applicable billing date after activation. VIP Services

Silver Tier Tech Support by Telstra Platinum® 

 

Telstra Platinum is available for Telstra Plus Silver customers.  Silver tier members receive one free Platinum ‘once off’ tech support service per membership year when they call Telstra with a tech issue.  Customers who are on Silver tier and who are existing ‘Telstra Platinum Service Subscription’ or ‘Service Subscription Remote’ customers will receive a credit to the value of 1 month of their existing Telstra Platinum subscription when they call up with a tech issue to be resolved within a membership year. To activate this benefit, customers must contact a Platinum agent with a Platinum related issue and the agent will apply the discount.  If not activated before the end of the membership year this benefit will expire and does not roll over.  

 

Services are not available for some devices and software and excludes in store support at a Telstra Tech Bar. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Fair Use Policy applies.  

 

Support for faults is part of an included service in your Broadband, Home or Mobile service when purchased from Telstra. Telstra Platinum supports all tech in the home whether from Telstra or not.

Gold Tier Tech Support by Telstra Platinum® 

 

Telstra Platinum is available for Telstra Plus Gold customers. Gold tier members who do not have an existing Telstra Platinum subscription will receive free, ongoing access to our Telstra Platinum tech experts, over the phone and/or via online chat. Access remains so long as the customer is a Gold tier member. Services are not available for some devices and software and excludes in store support at a Telstra Tech Bar. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Fair Use Policy applies.  

 

Support for faults is part of an included service in your Broadband, Home or Mobile service when purchased from Telstra. Telstra Platinum supports all tech in the home whether from Telstra or not. 

  

Gold tier members with an existing Telstra Platinum subscription will receive a monthly credit towards their existing Telstra Platinum subscription for each month they remain a Gold tier member.  If/when the customer moves from the Gold tier, charging for their Telstra Platinum subscription will resume during which customers may cancel their subscription at any time, early termination charges may be applicable. Telstra Business Tech Services 

  

3 Mth Discount 

Telstra Plus Business tier members can activate three months free Telstra Business Tech Services. Business tier members with an existing Telstra Business Tech Services subscription will receive a 100% discount for the value of their existing subscription each month for 3 months. To activate this benefit, customers must call the dedicated Telstra Business Tech Services team on 1800 885 126 or activate online via your Telstra Plus membership. If this benefit is not activated before the end of the membership year, it will expire.  

This benefit can only be redeemed once per customer account. This benefit may be withdrawn at Telstra’s discretion, at any time, without notice. Telstra Business Tech Services are not available for some devices and software. 

Cost of any software/hardware not included. Data charges may apply. In store or in-premise support is not included as part of this service. Assessments exclude an IT security assessment. Fair Use Policy applies. 

  

3 Mth Trial  

Telstra Plus Business tier members can activate three months free Telstra Business Tech Services. The monthly charge of Telstra Business Tech Services will be set at $0 per month, valid for 3 months.  for new Telstra Business Tech Services customers. To activate this benefit, customers must call the dedicated Telstra Business Tech Services team on 1800 885 126 or activate online via your Telstra Plus membership.
