To earn points, you’ll need to start your journey from your Telstra Plus account for every booking you make. Eligible stays must be made with a credit/debit card or wallet credits. Bookings that are made directly via the Booking.com website or via the Booking.com app are not eligible for Telstra Plus points.

Things you need to know
You must be over 18 and have an eligible service on a Telstra business and/or consumer account to join. Excludes Telstra enterprise or corporate accounts.
Points are earned on payment for services or pre-paid recharge (excl. outright purchases, refunds, credits & late payment fees). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed). Exit program anytime.
Telstra Plus members can earn 10 Telstra Plus Points per $1 spent on eligible accommodation ("stay") bookings purchased by the following the links to Booking.com website from your Telstra Plus account, excluding some fees, taxes and credit card surcharges.
Eligible bookings
Bookings are only eligible for points if you sign in to Telstra Plus (you must use your Telstra ID linked to your Telstra Plus membership) at Telstra Plus and follow the links to the Booking.com website from your Telstra Plus account. Eligible stays must be completed before points will be earned. If the stay is eligible, points amount will be shown on the booking confirmation screen, and in the confirmation email after your purchase. Eligible stays may change from time to time. Offer unavailable on bookings made through the Booking.com mobile app.
Offer available on completed eligible stay bookings only. Car rentals, flights, and non-accommodation bookings are not eligible. Excludes some fees, taxes and credit card surcharges, as displayed on the Booking.com confirmation screen.
Receiving points
Points will appear in your Points Activity within 14 days after you have completed your stay. Points will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled. Telstra may cancel points after they appear on your account if the booking is disputed and the relevant stay is found to be ineligible for any reason
