Telstra Plus Internet plan (purchased online only) Bonus Points Promotion (“Offer”) - Terms and Conditions

 

1.       By participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This promotion is being run by Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) of 400 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 ("we", “us” or “our”).

2.       The promotion starts at 12:01am AEST 2019 on 14th January 2020 and closes 11.59pm AEST on 17th March  2020 ("promotion period").

 

Eligibility Criteria

3.       To participate in the Offer customers must during the promotion period:

a)       Purchase an in-market Internet Plan by 17 February 2020

b)      Successfully enrol in Telstra Plus (if they are not already enrolled) by 17 March 2020; and

c)       add the eligible purchase to the Telstra account which is enrolled in Telstra Plus or the account that will be enrolled in Telstra Plus at clause 3(a) above.

4.  An eligible purchase consists of the move or purchase of a Telstra Consumer Internet Plan via one the following method only: online at www.telstra.com (“eligible purchase”).

 

5.    Offer for new or transitioning Home Internet customers. Outright purchases are excluded.

6.    Enrolments are accepted at the time of receipt by us. We will not be held liable for any enrolments not received for any reason during the promotion period.

Bonus points Offer

7.    Only customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive Telstra Plus bonus points (“bonus points”).

8.    Bonus points are allocated as follows:

9.       Members who are enrolled will be able to see their bonus points in the 24x7 App or through My Account within 14 business days from Telstra’s receipt of payment. Customers who are not enrolled in Telstra Plus at the time of making their eligible purchase will see their bonus points within 14 business days from enrolment.

 Bonus Points Conditions

 

10.   By accepting the bonus points you agree to use them in accordance with the Telstra Plus terms and conditions, available at https://www.telstra.com.au/plus/terms-and-conditions and any point redemption terms and conditions that apply to the reward you utilise your Telstra Plus points for.

11.   Customers that return an eligible purchase during the 14 day refund period a refund will not be eligible to retain the bonus points (unless the refund is a result of a consumer guarantee).

12.   The bonus points will be allocated to the Telstra Plus account that the eligible purchase is being added to.  Customers will not be able to choose to allocate the bonus points to a different account.

General

 

13.   We reserve the right, at any time, and in our discretion to (a) request customers to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase (b) remove bonus points from any customer who we have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

14.   To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law, is limited to the payment of the costs of having the points supplied again.

15.   We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from claiming the bonus points.
