How to bookmark your favourite webpages

To quickly get to web pages that you use frequently saving the page by “bookmarking”, “favouriting” or “starring” them is a great idea. Most web browsers offer this feature.

Saving the web page is also important if you do housekeeping on your web browsers or computer. That's because ‘clearing cache’ can remove your previously ‘remembered’ web addresses. By giving your favourites a bookmark, placing it in your favourite list, or starring it, you always have the link handy so you can return to the site you want.

From time to time, companies can change their webpage addresses. Often they will reroute the web page to the new address, so it won’t affect your ‘favourited’ link too much, but it is something to be aware of.
