Register for Telstra ID

Register for a Telstra ID to view all of your services

  1. Open the My Telstra app
  2. Tap Create a new Telstra ID 
  3. and Let's get started
  4. Enter your details 
  5. and follow the prompts.

Smart troubleshooting with My Telstra App

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID
  2. Select Get Help. Choose the product you need help with
  3. Tell us which services are affected
  4. Select which issue you are experiencing. Follow the prompts.

Pay your bill

Pay your Telstra bill with our My Telstra App

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID 
  2. Choose the bill you want to pay. Hit Pay now
  3. Enter the bill amount. Choose your payment method.

Request a payment extension

Apply for an extension with My Telstra App 

  1. Login to the My Telstra App using your Telstra ID
  2. Choose the bill you want to pay and select Pay now
  3. Select Request payment extension 
  4. and accept.
