If we haven't received your phone, you’ll be charged a non-return fee equal to its fair market value and you’ll now own your phone.
If you’ve already returned your phone, you can disregard this message and your fee will be waived on receipt of your device.
You will have been sent an email from Telstra with your Critical Information Summary, which outlines the key terms of your plan. We recently contacted you to remind you that your lease was soon ending and that you needed to return your phone in good working order.
