If you recently bought a new accessory which you requested to pay off over several months, you’ll now see an additional charge on your bill each month for this accessory for the length of your repayment contract.
If you cancel a device or accessory repayment early or cancel your plan, your repayment contract will also end and you’ll need to pay out the remaining amount. Repayment contracts are only available to Telstra customers with an active post-paid service.
