You’ve been charged a non-return fee

As you were leasing your phone and that lease recently ended, you needed to return your lease phone. We haven't received your phone, so you’ve been charged a non-return fee equal to its fair market value. You now own your phone outright.

What if I’ve returned my phone?

If you’ve already returned your phone, you can disregard this message and your fee will be waived on receipt of your device.

I didn't know I was leasing my phone

You will have been sent an email from Telstra with your Critical Information Summary, which outlines the key terms of your plan. We recently contacted you to remind you that your lease was soon ending and that you needed to return your phone in good working order.
