Not sure what Pre-Paid offer you’re on? Visit m.telstra.com on your Pre-Paid device. You’ll need to switch off your Wi-Fi to access this page but don’t worry it’s unmetered when you access it from your device.

You can then compare your existing Pre-Paid offer with our current Pre-Paid offers.

If you find an offer you like more, you can change to it. But remember, if you do change, you can’t revert back to your original offer if it’s not currently advertised.  Also, make sure you use your remaining recharge credit before changing offers otherwise you’ll lose it. Once you've selected your new offer, you must recharge to get your new benefits.
