Lite Smart Unlock

How to unlockyour Telstra Lite Smart.

If your Telstra Lite Smart (ZTE L111) Pre-Paid phone asks you for a network unlock code upon start-up, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Find IMEI number

To have the device unlocked you’ll need the IMEI number of the device. The IMEI can be found on the box the device came in. 


Step 2: Enter IMEI

Once you have the IMEI, go to http://ztemobiles.com.au/L111/ and enter the 15 digit IMEI, then click ‘Apply’.


This will bring up the 8 digit network unlock code. Enter it into your device and it will now be ready to setup. Please make sure the Telstra Pre-Paid SIM is inserted.



If your device is not network locked you’ll receive a message saying “invalid” when you enter the IMEI for your device.
