Please compare the new plan to your current plan, including expiry periods and roll over rules, as these may differ. If you choose the new plan, you may lose some unused portions of your current plan, such as bonus data. You also won't be able to go back to your original plan. Once you've changed your plan, we'll send you a text to confirm. You'll then need to recharge to get the benefits of the new plan.

Recharge credit

If you change to Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Plus you won't be able to use your included value for SMS/MMS to Australian & International numbers, pay-as-you-go data, 3rd party content purchases, data roaming and Premium SMS. Plus Packs are also not available to purchase on Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Plus.

Google Play

If you switch to Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Plus, you'll no longer be able to purchase content from Google Play using included value. Customers who stay on Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Data Pass will still be able to purchase content from the Google Play store using Recharge Credit.
