How to get Mx
Buy the MX Go Mobile Plus Online BYO Plans online and sign up for Email Bill during checkout. We’ll set up your account and send out your SIM card.
To be eligible for the Go Mobile Plus Online BYO (Mx) Plan you’ll need to complete the following within 30 days of buying online. You’ll also be required to self-manage your account online while you remain on the offer.
Your Telstra ID
If you’re already registered with
a Telstra ID, you won’t need to do a thing.

Things you need to know
•Go Mobile Plus Plan BYO (MX): To be eligible to take up the MX Plan you will need to sign up to electronic billing, sign up to direct debit and activate MyAccount and download the Telstra 24x7 App within 30 days of activation of your service.
•To remain eligible you will need to continue to self-service via the Telstra self-care channels for the duration of your plan. Some usage is excluded, such as calls/text/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455, 12456 and satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly.
•Calls and messages to standard Australian numbers. 2 Minute standard call is $2.
•Bonus Data Offer: Bonus data offers ends 25 October. Bonus data will remain on your plan until you recontract.
•Extra Data: If you go over your Monthly Data Allowance, we automatically add data to your allowance for that month in 1GB blocks for $10 per GB. Extra Data is for use in Australia with eligible plans, is shared between eligible data sharing services on your account and expires at the end of that billing month.
