Upgrade in good condition for $99
Want to upgrade in the first 6 months of a 12 month device repayment contract, or the first 12 months of a device payment contract? Pay a $99 redemption fee when you return your device in good working order and take up a new device on repayment with a month-to-month plan.

When you return your device in good working order in the last six months of a 12-month repayment term, or the last 12 months of your repayment term, and upgrade to a new device on repayment with a month-to-month plan, we’ll waive the redemption fee.
Broken device? Upgrade for $249
If you return a damaged device at any time during your repayment term, you’ll pay a $249 redemption fee to upgrade to a new device on repayment with a month-to-month plan. You can make two damaged device upgrades per service every 12 months.
Things you need to know
Available for $15 per month at the time you purchase an eligible device on a month-to-month plan.
Upgrade redemptions can be made during the current device payment contract term by returning the device to our second-hand device vendor, paying applicable redemption fees (determined based on condition of the return device) and purchasing an upgrade or replacement device on a new 24- or 36-month repayment contract with a new device.
The charges for the costs of the new device and redemption will be charged at time of purchase. Limit of two damaged redemptions per service per 12 months. Excludes lost/stolen devices.
