If you don’t have an existing copper cable, we’ll arrange for an nbn technician to connect your premises. In some cases, even where you are already using your copper line for voice or broadband, an nbn service appointment will be required to test and connect to the nbn.
- On the day of installation, someone over 18 whose name is on the account must be home to let the technician in. If you're renting make sure you get your landlord’s approval beforehand.
