Ready to change plan?

Don’t forget, you won’t be able to switch back to your original plan if it’s no longer available for new customers. It’s best to use up your call, text and data credit allowances before changing plan, as you’ll lose any unused portions of your current plan allowances when you switch.

When you're ready to switch your plan, you can do so via My Telstra app, My Telstra or by phone.

Open the app, tap 'services', select your service number and tap 'change plan'.

Register and sign in, click on your service number and scroll down to ‘Change plan’.

By phone

Dial #100# straight from your mobile. Select ‘Acct Mgmt’ then ‘Change plan’.
