Telstra Smart Wi-Fi Booster

Wi-Fi EasyMesh allows your Telstra Smart WI-Fi Boosters to mesh directly with your Telstra Smart Modem and create wall-to-wall Wi-FI coverage without the need for extra cables.  

Wi-Fi EasyMesh connects your devices automatically to the network and optimises the connection as you move around the house.

Min cost $591 if you cancel after 1 mth. (incl $216 modem and $288 for Wi-Fi booster. ) If you leave within 24 mths pay out the modem and Wi-Fi booster ($21/mth for each mth remaining in the first 24 mths).

Max four Wi-Fi Boosters per customer. If you’re not happy with your home Wi-Fi coverage and we can’t fix it for you with extra support and hardware within 30 days, cancel your remaining booster repayments without further charge. Additional boosters must be returned within 14 days when you cancel, $200 non-return fee applies.

Once connected, if you don't think you've got wall to wall Wi-Fi coverage, we'll work with you for up to 30 days to resolve your concerns. This may include:

• Over the phone support
• Remote network speed tests
• An in-home visit from a Telstra Technician

We may also send you up to three additional Smart Wi-Fi Boosters, at no additional cost. If you're still not happy after we've tried to fix it, you can cancel your Booster repayments with no further charges. You’ll also receive a credit for your last month’s repayment.

If you cancel, your original Smart Wi-Fi Booster is yours to keep, however any additional Smart Wi-Fi Boosters we sent you must be returned within 14 days. We will send you postage paid return satchels to do this. A $200 non-return fee applies.

Add a Wi-Fi booster

Add a new Telstra Smart Wi-Fi Booster Gen 3 to an eligible Telstra nbn plan to get more consistent speeds in more rooms.

Our Wi-Fi boosters create an extended network that optimises itself so your devices get more consistent speeds.

$0 modem upgrade

The guarantee applies when a Telstra Smart Wi-Fi Booster Gen 3 is paired with your compatible Telstra Smart Modem Gen 1.1, Gen 2 or Gen 3.

If you don’t have a compatible Telstra Smart Modem, you’ll also receive a $0 Telstra Smart Modem 3 upgrade as part of the guarantee.

Enjoy wall-to-wall Wi-Fi

Once connected, if you don't think you've got wall-to-wall Wi-Fi coverage, we'll work with you for up to 30 days to resolve it. This may include:

• Over the phone support
• Remote network speed tests.

We may also send you up to three additional Smart Wi-Fi Boosters, at no additional cost.

Cancelling

If you're still not happy after we've tried to fix it, you can cancel your booster repayments with no further charges. You’ll also receive a credit for your last month’s repayment.

How the free modem upgrade works

If you’re a customer on an eligible Telstra nbn plan and your current modem isn’t compatible with the Telstra Smart Wi-Fi Booster Gen 3, we’ll send you a replacement Telstra Smart Modem 3 at no extra cost.
