Need help managing your call, SMS and MMS usage?

In an on-the-go, mobile world it’s essential to connect. But it’s also essential to keep track of your monthly usage. So to help you manage your mobile usage, we’ll send you an SMS alert when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your plan’s call, SMS and MMS allowance. Just note, these alerts aren’t in real time and can be delayed up to 48 hours. They also don’t include calls, SMS or MMS usage to overseas or any discounts you may receive in addition to your plan allowance.

If you’d like to monitor your usage more closely, consider using the Telstra 24x7® app – which has a usage meter for your plan and enables you to keep tabs on your Telstra services straight from your device.

If you’ve used more than 100% of your mobile call, SMS and MMS allowance, excess usage charges apply. To view your excess charge rate, check the details of your plan. You can do this by logging into Telstra 24x7 My Account or the Telstra 24x7® with your Telstra ID.

You can also consider adding a Voice and Data Pack to your plan, which not only gives you extra additional data, but also includes unlimited calls, SMS and MMS to eligible standard Australian numbers, within Australia. Find out more here.
