Heading overseas?

If you joined Telstra after 12 May 2015, your international roaming is active (unless you have opted out). Once you reach your destination you can buy a Travel Pass for your mobile on a plan to keep costs down when you're away. Before you leave, check that we support international roaming at your destination.

Understanding your bill

Your first bill will be a bit different to your usual monthly bill. That's because it will include charges for the time between getting your new mobile and getting your first bill, plus your monthly fee for one month in advance.
