This service offers a month to month subscription to 24/7 online chat and over the phone tech support for most connected devices.
- Security report

As part of this offer, we will provide a security assessment and a report including recommendations (limit of once per month and max 4 per year). The report provides advice only, and the report and recommendations must not be relied upon as an alternative to advice from a qualified professional and you should ensure you monitor your own practices and investigations.
- Telstra Internet, Email and Endpoint Protection

- Cyber Security Services helps deliver three layers of comprehensive cyber protection including Internet protection, Email protection and Endpoint protection. We do not promise to detect or block all spam, viruses, malware or other harmful programming. Some legitimate email messages may get identified as spam. We do not guarantee that the Protection services or platform will be free from intrusions, viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other similar harmful programming routines.
- This service will be cancelled upon the cancellation of your monthly Telstra Business Cyber Security Service subscription.
- You must have a registered domain name to use Internet Protection.
- Telstra Internet and Endpoint Protection does not activate upon being subscribed to Telstra Business Cyber Security Services. To activate, call 13 70 55 or book an onboarding or assessment over the phone to start using Internet Protection, Email Protection and Endpoint Protection.
- If you have Telstra Email Protection applied to your original onboarding call and subsequently should you decide to cancel your Telstra Cyber Security Service (through call centre or in-store) you will need to call 13 70 55 and arrange for your Telstra Internet Protection to be reconfigured in your settings to continue to receive email communications.

This price includes $60 for Telstra Business Tech Services and $80 for Telstra Business Cyber Security Services and will appear on your bill as a single line item of $140.

Your first bill will be on paper. After the first bill, all other bills will be sent via email. You can request a paper bill at no extra cost if required.

- Understanding my bill

You’re billed in advance for the minimum monthly charge, and in arrears for any usage not included in your plan. Your first bill will be higher if you start your plan part way through a billing period.
If your account number is 13 characters long, or you only have a mobile service with us, you will be billed in advance. If you do not fit this criteria, you will be billed in arrears.
