Information about the service

EagleTrack is a self-install telematics solution for light commercial vehicles. It provides near real-time vehicle location and asset tracking, driver performance monitoring, reporting and communication.

Telstra has announced that it will be switching off its 3G (850 MHz) service on 30 June 2024

If you use CalAmp 3030 devices, the services and related products you acquire in connection with the EagleTrack Telematics Solution, will be impacted and will no longer work from this date.

The  OBDII CalAmp LMU-3030 3G device is a self-install GPS Tracking device that plugs directly into your vehicles OBD Port and can monitor vehicle location and performance.

Software

  • Swift Application - a tablet/mobile application that enables drivers to enter data about their vehicle and jobs, and communicate with their team.
  • EagleTrack Platform - a platform that allows users to view and manage the data collected via the OBDII hardware device and Swift application.
  • EagleTrack Application - a tablet/mobile application that allows you to access and view the data collected via the OBDII CalAmp LMU-3030 3G device and Swift application

Optional Accessories

There is an optional OBDII Y Cable available to purchase if you have also purchased the Vehicle Insights package or the Driver & Vehicle Insights bundle.

Bill Payment Charges

  • Direct Debit is our preferred payment method, you can set it up anytime at telstra.com/directdebit
  • Electronic payments – Free
  • Payments made in person or by cheque – Extra $2.50 (some exemptions apply)
  • Paperless bills are free. A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply)

Understanding my Telstra bill

You will be billed the full upfront cost of any OBDII CalAmp LMU3030 3G device and the optional OBDII Y Cable as a once-off upfront payment and the charge will appear on your next monthly bill as per your monthly billing cycle.

Your monthly subscription fees will be charged on a month to month basis until cancelled by you.
