Information about the service

MYOB Essentials is the cloud based online accounting software to manage your cash flow and help meet ATO compliance requirements.

Availability

MYOB Essentials is available to business customers with a valid ABN/ACN/ARBN and can be purchased through the Telstra Apps Marketplace, a web-based portal. 

Telstra Apps Marketplace

The Telstra Apps Marketplace is a web-based marketplace where you can purchase and manage various software applications that we make available from time to time. To start using the Telstra Apps Marketplace you need to create an account.  

You need to meet minimum system requirements to use certain applications available on the marketplace, which will be set out on marketplace.telstra.com and in Our Customer Terms. You’re responsible for ensuring that you meet these requirements.

What's Included

Your plan includes a licence to the MYOB Essenials Range. All subscriptions in the Essentials range allow businesses to:

  • Manage Sales & Expenses – Quote, invoice & remind customers of transactions and have your bills & receipts sent directly to your software for easier and better data entry
  • Track & Report on Jobs/Projects – Generate individual profit/loss reports for projects 
  • Control the payroll – Single touch payroll, calculate leave, pay super and manage time

Minimum Cost

The amount you’ll pay each month depends on the package selected:

  • Accounting Starter $27 per month
  • Accounting $48 per month
  • Accounting + Payroll $60 per month

Minimum Term

There is no minimum term for the MYOB Essentials plans

Early Termination Charge

No Early Termination Charges apply

Billing

The pricing in this Critical Information Summary is for a full billing cycle (which is one month) but your first bill may include pro-rata charges for part of that billing cycle if you started or changed your plan part way through a billing period.
