Monthly fee x number of months (or part thereof) remaining in your contract term x 50%.  The maximum ETC charge you will pay is $600.

Information about the service

Business Bundle on nbn™ Extras are also known as DOT (Digital Office Technology®) Extras and come with a range of extras that you can take up with your Telstra Business Bundle.  You can choose from:

  • Mentoring
  • Hunt Group
  • Virtual Receptionist
  • Ads on Hold
  • Voice and Data Cabling

To take up these Extras you need to have a Telstra Business Bundle on nbn™ plan.

Mentoring

You’re eligible for a phone mentoring session, which gives you a 30 minute telephone mentoring session about how to use your Telstra Business Bundle, including advice about device configuration and helps you configure your hardware. Mentoring is available between 9am and 5pm on business days.

Hunt Group

Hunt Group allows you to direct incoming calls to a group of fixed numbers on your Telstra Business Bundle that you nominate, so if one phone is not answered, the call is automatically diverted to the next available line in the group. Hunt Group is a casual plan, and you can cancel it at any time.

Virtual Receptionist (also known as Auto Attendant)

Virtual Receptionist greets inbound callers with a pre-recorded welcome message and is configured to direct calls via an IVR-like menu system (press 1 for Sale, 2 for Service, etc). Virtual Receptionist is a casual plan, and you can cancel it at any time.

Ads on Hold

Ads on Hold gives you one professionally recorded advertising message for when your inbound calls are placed on hold. We will consult with you to create a voice script for your recording and professionally record it for you. Ads on Hold is available for a minimum term of 24 months.

Voice and data cabling

We will install cabling (up to 40 metres per installation point or requiring up to 4 hours installation time) from your business modem to other locations at your premises. We’ll do our best to install the cabling where you want it, but some limitations exist (eg we may not be able to run it through roof space or under floors).

Accessories

Choose from a range of accessories – such as Wall Mount Brackets, Bluetooth Adapters for your compatible IP phone, or

Ethernet ports, and Integrated Access Devices.

Depending on the accessories you choose, your accessory charges will be one of the below options:

  • Category 1 (wall mount brackets): $10 upfront
  • Category 2 (bluetooth adapter): $35 upfront
  • Category 3: $5 per month (min. cost $120) or $120 upfront
  • Category 4: $6 per month (min. cost $144) or $144 upfront
  • Category 5: $10 per month (min. cost $240) or $240 upfront

Billing

On the same day of each month, you’ll be billed in advance for the minimum charge, as well as for use during the month. The figures in this Critical Information Summary are for a full billing cycle.
