Long-term assistance

If you are a Telstra customer and you have suffered severe damage or loss of your home or business premises and you need to relocate to an alternate location, we will disconnect your existing fixed line service and provide you with:

  • Free call diversion from your fixed phone service to another Australian fixed or mobile service with any carrier.
  • A one-off credit to your Telstra account to help cover the costs of the following:
    • Connection of a Telstra fixed phone service at a temporary address.
    • Re-connection of a Telstra fixed phone service at your original address.
 
Do you need long-term assistance? Important: If you choose Yes, your fixed phone service at your premises will be disconnected while you’re relocated to an alternate location. Required field. Required field.
