Once you’ve purchased your internet plan, your voucher code will be sent to you via email or sms. This will take up to 30 days after placing your internet order. 

You can find your voucher code in the email or SMS you should have received from Telstra. The email may be sitting in your junk mail.

No. Once you have selected a retailer and followed the checkout process to generate your gift card, changes cannot be made.

Your unique voucher code will expire within 3 months of the date that you received an email or SMS.

No. Unused amounts will be forfeited once your gift card has expired.

No. The gift card can only be redeemed at one of the 51 participating retail stores.

Important information

This offer is available to customers who purchase an eligible home or business internet plan before 30 Nov 2021. Recipients are eligible for 1 X $100 gift card per eligible purchase only. Offer only available to customers with a valid email address or mobile number. Your voucher code will be sent to you within the first 30 days of purchase. Voucher codes will expire at the date shown in the fulfilment email and cannot be extended beyond this date. Your selected gift card will be valid until the end of the expiry date specified on the card itself. Check your gift card for usage instructions and expiry date. Terms & Conditions of the individual gift card will be printed on the reward itself and/or available on the supplier’s website. Your selected gift card is non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or replaced.
