How can I Call & Collect an item?
Call & Collect is slightly different to click and collect. Instead of ordering online and picking up in store, you can order over the phone and then collect the items when they’re ready.
If you need something from a Telstra store, you can simply call us in advance so our team can prepare it for your arrival.
From there, we will book you an appointment to come and pick your items up once they are ready. Safe and easy.

Order online from a range of products, with free delivery for orders over $100.
Out of stock online? Try to Call & Collect from your local store.
Use the Telstra order tracker to see the progress of your orders and deliveries. You’ll also receive SMS or email notifications on your order status and estimated delivery times.
