You're eligible if: 
  1. You're an existing Telstra post-paid customer and have been with us for at least 6 months

  2. You're the Telstra account owner and available to accept the delivery when it arrives

  3. You live in an eligible postcode of Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

Free 2 hour delivery for your new device

Today we’ve announced the launch of a 2 hour delivery service from participating Telstra Stores

From today, 2 hour delivery will be offered in partnership with Zoom2u - a same-day express courier service - and will begin with a limited offer for Telstra customers: free 2 hour delivery of  your new device to homes in selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

How it works

Check your eligibility

Currently, you need to be an existing Telstra customer, have had active post-paid service for at least 6 months and be living within the delivery zones of one of our 25 participating stores.

Place your order

Call your participating Telstra store and order a device with a plan. You can also bundle selected accessories with your delivery. Your order must be placed at least 2 hours before doors close. (2 hour delivery is currently only available for telephone orders at participating stores, but will soon be available on select online and call centre purchases).

Track your order in real-time

As soon as the driver has collected your order, you’ll receive a real-time tracking link via SMS, so you can watch your purchase in real-time, all the way to your front door!  

Secure delivery

To ensure your purchase is kept safe, the driver will only deliver to: 

  • the account owner who placed the order
  • the billing address on the account
  • and use a pre-agreed 4 digit pin to confirm identity

Please ensure you're home to collect the delivery with your photo ID, otherwise, your order will be returned to the store for collection.

During COVID, our Call & Collect options have taken off. Customers are looking for more ways to shop; more offers and more immediacy and that is why we have introduced Telstra Day, and now we are introducing superfast delivery to give our customers more of what they want.

More about 2 hour delivery

Delivery time is within 2 hours after you've placed an order and it's been processed. The 2-hour window can vary due to driver availability and what time of day you order. You’ll receive a real time tracking link from our partner courier, Zoom2u via email or SMS, as soon as your order is allocated to a driver.

Free 2 hour deliveries are only currently available when you place an order with a participating Telstra store over the phone and only available for select  devices purchased with a plan. Outright sales without a plan are not eligible.
