Things you need to know
Telstra Platinum®: only for eligible Telstra customers. Services are not available for some devices and software. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Fair use policy applies. In-home services are not available in all areas.
50% discount not applicable: to one month Telstra Platinum® Service Subscriptions included in a Telstra Platinum® TotalMove Service, for additional services during the same in home visit or in conjunction with any other discount or to cancellation fees.
If you change or cancel an in-home service, you need to give us 24 hours notice or pay a cancellation fee of $99. If you change or cancel a remote service, you need to give us 24 hours notice or pay a cancellation fee of $49.
