Purpose of the app
The app enables Telstra Consumer customers to view and manage the services that they have linked to their Telstra ID.
To access the full features of the app, you need to log in using your Telstra ID, and you must have active services associated with your Telstra ID. You can use the app without logging in, but it will have limited functionality.

Keep your phone safe
The app uses a secure connection to help keep your details protected, but while you're logged in to the app, anyone with access to your phone will be able to view the information in the app.
Usage information in the application
Usage and charges displayed in the app are estimates only. It may take up to 48 hours to update and display your usage and charges.
Use of location information
The app may make use of your location for the purposes described in the Location permissions screens you see when you first download the app or when there’s an app update. You can choose whether you allow your location to be used for these purposes. You can also stop this use by turning off location based services for the app in the Settings section of your device.
Data charges may apply
If you’re a Telstra mobile data customer, you won’t incur data charges for using the app when you’re connected to our network, except where you:
- find a store with the ‘Show Maps’ option on;
- use the Telstra Device Locator™ feature;
- contact us through 24x7 Social Support;
- link through to Telstra THANKS™ offers; or
- access pages or content which are linked to from the app where you access those outside of the app (such as in your phone’s browser).
You can turn off the Show Maps option and still search for Telstra Stores but the results won’t be displayed on a map and the Telstra Device Locator feature won’t work.
If you’re not a Telstra mobile data customer, data charges may apply for viewing or using this app, including for any messages received via the app.
All intellectual property rights in this app belong to us or our licensors. You mustn't do anything with the app which is not expressly authorised under these terms and conditions.

App provided "as is"
This app is provided "as is". While we will use reasonable care in providing the app to you, we can't guarantee that the app will always be free from faults. We don't make any warranties about this app or your use of it. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from or in connection with this app.
We are responsible for the app (not Google). Google has no obligation to provide support for the app or to address any claims relating to the app.
Crash reporting and performance management
The app uses functionality provided by Crashlytics, Inc. to monitor the performance of the app and to report app crashes or other performance issues. To do so, the app may from time to time send app performance information, device model information and crash data to Crashlytics, who hold that information on our behalf. No personal or account information is transmitted to or accessed by Crashlytics. For more information about Crashlytics, visit crashlytics.com.
