Telstra mobile post-paid customers - One log-in session at a time

Telstra post-paid mobile customers will be charged the following:

Connection fee per session	Charge per minute (or part of minute)
25 cents (inc GST)	20 cents (inc GST)

If you are a Telstra iPhone™ 3G customer on an iPhone Plan, you will not be charged for using the Telstra Wireless Hotspot service via this payment method.

Eligible Telstra PhoneAway® (excluding FlyBuys customers) and Telstra Wireless Hotspot Pre-Paid card users:

Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card customers:

Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card
$27.50 (inc GST)

The Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card gives customers up to 24 hours use of the Telstra Wireless Hotspot service within Australia. The Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card will expire at 11:59pm on the day after you first use the card to access the Telstra Wireless Hotspot service. Also, no new sessions will be accepted after 11.59pm on the date printed on the back of the Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card ('Expiry Date'). You will be taken to have first used the Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass card when you first successfully authenticate to the Telstra Wireless Hotspot service using the 12-digit number on the back of the card. If the card is first activated on the Expiry Date, then no new sessions will be accepted after 11.59pm on the Expiry Date. Unused time is forfeited.

Telstra Wireless Hotspot Day Pass cards can be purchased from selected Accor, Rydges, Constellation Hotels and convention centres.

Connecting via Credit Card Payment Option

Users who pay by approved credit card will select their login session length and charges before connecting. The session length and charges are:

90 minutes	$20
120 minutes	$26

Customers paying by credit card will be logged out once their paid-for time expires.

If a customer logs out early, any time which remains unused will be forfeited and will not be carried over to the customer’s next login session.

Maximum login time is 2 hours for credit card customers and 8 hours for Telstra Mobile post-paid customers, Telstra Mobile Broadband PC Pack subscribers¹, PhoneAway customers, Telstra BigPond customers and Telstra Wireless Hotspot Pre-Paid card customers.

Eligible BigPond® customers - One log-in session at a time

Eligible BigPond customers will be charged the following:

Time purchased	Amount
Minimum charge per log-in session (includes first 15 minutes of use)	$5.00 (inc GST)
Charge per minute (or part of minute) after first 15 minutes of use	20 cents (inc GST)

To be able to use the service you have to make sure you have activated your BigPond via Telstra Wireless Hotspot service from your home, using your regular BigPond service to access the appropriate Additional Services pages.
