T-Box is one exciting device which is all you need to integrate internet and free-to-air entertainment, so you can watch what you want, when you want, on your TV. Its intelligent Personal Video Recorder (PVR) has two internal tuners so you can:

control your family's access to content with a built-in parental control

What do I need?
The Telstra T-BOX® is designed to work with:
TV with either HDMI, composite or component input
Digital TV aerial and Digital TV reception for digital free-to-air TV
Broadband router/modem with either an Ethernet connection or 802.11g/n Wi-Fi
Computer with Internet access to register your T-Box and sign up to BigPond® Movies
Registration and Installation
During the T-Box set-up process, you must be connected to your BigPond® Broadband service. You'll also need to register your T-Box online and sign up to BigPond Movies so you can access all the T-Box features.
Signing up to BigPond Movies requires your BigPond or telstra.com email address, password and a valid Australian credit card to provide proof of age for content rentals.
T-Box comes with a Getting Started Guide, User Guide and 'How to install' DVD which show you how to set up and install the T-Box.
Home Network Connection
To optimise your home network set-up, we recommend the following connectivity methods:
Best connection: connect your modem and T-Box using the ethernet cable supplied or a Telstra supported Home Network Extender such as Powerline.
Adequate connection: use Wi-Fi to connect your modem and T-Box. Only use this method if you get a strong Wi-Fi signal.
FOXTEL on T-Box requires a wired connection.
Broadband speeds
Your T-Box viewing experience will depend on your BigPond connection and other factors such as your home location, the distance of your Wi-Fi modem from the T-Box, network congestion and the number of internet connections in the household.
If you're having difficulty connecting, we recommend purchasing a Home Network Extender accessory from Telstra to improve your home network connectivity.
Foxtel on T-Box provides a great entertainment experience with no fixed-term contract. Choose your packages and enjoy them unmetered via your eligible BigPond® Cable, Velocity or ADSL2+ broadband service.
The Get Started package is the base package for Foxtel on T-Box, it brings you a selection of Foxtel channels covering kids and general entertainment, news, sport news and documentaries. Personalise your Foxtel on T-Box experience by then adding your choice of packages.
You must have the Get Started base Package in order to get other packages.
The Movies & Premium Drama package offers a great range of movies from a catalogue of contemporary and favourite movie titles. The Movies & Premium Drama package contains 8 channels including a selection of movies on-demand.
