Foxtel iQHD

Pause and rewind live TV and record all of your favourite shows at the press of a button. The Foxtel iQHD enables you to record two programs at the same time while watching another program. You can also remotely record programs with the Foxtel mobile guide on your Mobile. With access to the latest selection of pay-per view movies you always have something to watch.

Foxtel On Demand for BigPond Home Broadband members gives you unmetered access to the latest new release pay-per-movies and an ever expanding collection of movies and TV episodes.

What you need1
- a current Foxtel from Telstra subscription with an iQHD or internet enabled iQ recordable device.
- an eligible BigPond broadband Cable, ADSL or Velocity Service (not available all areas) with a minimum speed of 1.5Mbps
- have connected that BigPond broadband service via ethernet cable to your Foxtel from Telstra iQ (internet enabled) or iQHD as per the installation instructions
- have activated Foxtel Movie Library On Demand and TV On Demand on your Foxtel from Telstra service by calling 13 2200 from any Telstra home phone or mobile phone.

Things you need to know
- Service not available in all areas. Your Foxtel Movie Library and TV On Demand experience will depend upon the speed and quality of your BigPond Home Broadband connection. If you are on a BigPond Liberty Broadband plan under which your speed is reduced once a certain data amount has been used, you may not be able to access Movie Library and TV On Demand when your speed has been reduced.

Watch your favourite shows from some of our most popular entertainment, documentary, movies, sports (including FOX SPORTS 1, 2, & 3) and drama channels.
As a residential Foxtel from Telstra customer, you can enjoy a selection of live channels and catch up content on your iPad or iPhone - including a selection of movies if they're part of your package - and remote record to your recordable device. Channels and content will be based on your current residential pack and included as a benefit of your Foxtel from Telstra subscription.
All you need to do is download Foxtel Go app from the App Store to your iPad or iPhone, and log in with your Foxtel Online username. Foxtel Go is also available on iPad mini and iPod Touch.
Streaming of content is available over Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G (data charges may apply), so you can use Foxtel Go wherever you are in Australia, provided you have an internet connection.
More live channels and features will be coming soon to Foxtel Go - because great TV shouldn’t be limited to your home.

Things you need to know
To register for a Foxtel Online Account, you’ll need to have your Foxtel account and Smartcard number handy. Your Foxtel Account number (7 digits) is not the same as your Telstra account number and can be found on your Foxtel Magazine or by calling us on 13 2200 to request it.
When entering the Smartcard number into the field do not include any spaces.
Foxtel Go is currently available on any iPad, iPad mini, iPhone 4, iPhone 5 or iPod Touch running operating system v5.0 and higher. You can register Foxtel Go on two devices per Foxtel account. You can change one of the devices linked to your account once every calendar month.
Available to Foxtel from Telstra and Foxtel residential Cable & Satellite customers with a STU, excluding Foxtel on T-Box, Foxtel on Xbox and Foxtel on Internet TV customers. You must subscribe to a channel (or relevant tier) in your residential pack to access content available from that channel. Requires iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 5 or iPod Touch running operating system v5.0 and higher. Recommended internet speeds apply. Internet connection required. Foxtel Go is not unmetered and data charges may apply for streaming content. Video quality may vary according 3G/4G and WiFi service. Only available for use in Australia. Download programs from some of your favourite channels straight to your PC
Access a library of programs specially selected from your subscription package at no extra charge, or choose a New Release On Demand movie for a small charge.
For most things you don’t need to pay for your subscription content - all you need is our Foxtel account number or your Smart Card number and an internet service. Visit the Foxtel Download website, click on what you want and download it. It's that easy!

Things you need to know
- This service is currently for PCs only. Your available content will be based on your package subscription. Refer to the Foxtel Download application for the content expiry periods. Internet service provider charges may apply.
Remote Record
Plan and record programs on your Foxtel from Telstra iQ or iQHD from anywhere with an internet connection.
Record from the Online Guide, a Guide Gadget (Mac/PC), a Mobile Device App or the Telstra T-Hub 2. Simply follow the steps at the Foxtel website to get started
