2. You must have a FOXTEL iQHD Set Top Unit in order to subscribe to the HD tier. To receive the HD versions of a channel you must be subscribed to the SD version of the channel.

Things you need to know
1. In some regional areas of WA an additional installation surcharge and/or travel fees may apply. The travel fee is determined by the installer, and is dependent on the distance travelled and may be apportioned between subscribers in your area.
2. Customers may suspend the receipt of their FOXTEL from Telstra services once in any 12 month period for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months from the requested date.

To access FOXTEL Download you must have a broadband connection and a compatible windows-based PC. Charges apply to download FOXTEL On Demand titles and is Unmetered for BigPond customers otherwise charges from your Internet Service Provider may apply. Downloaded content does expire.
You must have a FOXTEL iQHD Set Top Unit in order to subscribe to the HD tier. To receive all HD channels you need to subscribe to the Platinum HD package.
Internet enabled and connected FOXTEL iQ and FOXTEL iQHD set top units only. FOXTEL iQ functionality must be active. If not connected to a BigPond Internet Service, charges from your Internet Service Provider may apply.
