Our Tech Experts will provide one-on-one technical advice on the Telstra products of your choice. We’ll help you with a whole range of devices like mobile broadband modems and our range of smartphones. Whether you’d like a quick tutorial, or need technical troubleshooting, Tech Bar has you covered.
Please note that Tech Bar provides a range of services that attract a fee. A number of other services are complimentary for Telstra customers. For further information please ask in-store.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring any Telstra devices you would like us to help you with, as well as any documents you’d like us to explain. It’s a great idea to make a short list of the things you’d like to discuss.
It’s also important to complete a backup of the data on your mobile and your computer before coming to meet your Tech Expert.
