Our Mobile Repayment Option (MRO) is an interest free way to pay off your tablet device monthly over the course of your plan term.
The cost of your device is divided into 24 equal repayments with your Monthly MRO Bonus credit subtracted. The amount of the MRO Bonus credit depends on the plan you have chosen.
Voice Calls on your tablet (if your tablet supports this)
To access call and SMS capability, your SIM card must be placed in a call/SMS capable device.

Mobile Data Usage Notification
To receive mobile data usage notifications via email please use the following steps.
Please Note: This procedure can be done from your mobile device but you need to be connected to the Telstra Mobile Network and not using a Wi-Fi connection.
- Go to My Plan Manager® by visiting m.bigpond.com
- Press the “My” tab in the top right corner.
- Select “My Data Usage” from the options.
- Select “Usage Notice” down the bottom of the page
- If SMS notices are on, turn off.
- Select “Turn On Email Notice”
- Enter your desired email address and save.
You are now registered to receive mobile data usage notifications via email.
You will receive an email when our Mobile Data Usage Meter estimates that you have used over 80% of your data allowance, and a second Email when you have used over 100% of your data allowance. You will not be charged for these Usage Notices. You can turn off email alerts at any time using the same steps above.
Things you need to know
If you purchase this device on a Telstra Tablet Plan and repayment option and cancel early, you must repay the remaining device repayments in addition to any early termination charges for your service. Telstra Tablet Plans are only available to new customers and those with a 13 digit account number. Included data allowance excludes content charges and use while overseas. If you exceed your Included Data Allowance you will be charged 10c/MB. Unused allowances expire monthly. To be eligible for the MRO Bonus, your MRO term and the term of your Telstra Tablet Plan must be the same length and have the same start date.
